State of Arkansas / County of Boone / Be it Rememberd that on this the twenty first (21) day of June ad 1886 before me W. F. Miles an acting and duly commishioned Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Boone & state of Arkansas personally appeard Before me J. R. Osborne and Jenna Osborne his wife well known to me as the grantors to the foregoing deed of conveyance Being by me well exsplaind to them the acknowledg that they had signed sealed and deliverd the same for the consideration and purpos therin contained and and set forth And the said Jenna Osborn wife of the the said J. R. Osborn being by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the said deed by me well explained to her she acknowledgd that she executed signed sealed and deliverd the same of her own free will and without compulsion of her said husband and desired the same certified / Given under my hand as Justice of the Peace this the (21)st day of June ad 1886 / W.
