State of Northcarolina / Forsyth Co. / This Deed made this the Eighteenth day of November eighteen hundred and eighty seven by A. E. Idol of Forsyth Co state of Northcarolina of the first part to E. N. Jarrett of forsyth county and state of North carolina of the second part witnesseth that sed A. E. Idol in consideration of the sum of twelve dollars and one half $12 and 50 cts to them paid by E. N. Jarett the receipt of which is hear by acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents to bargain and sell convey to said E. N. Jarette and his heirs a certain track or parcel [of?] land in forsyth county state of North carolina adjoining the lands of Austin Charles and others bounded as fowlows is 2[?] being the the one sixth part of an undivied five acre track of land known as the Bronson Osborn land and of which one sixth part desended to said A. E. Idol legatee of Bronson Osborn and the whole undivied track bounded vis Beginning at A stone in the Sals Bary road thence West forty poles to A stone to have and to hold the afore said track or parcel of land and all privileges appertenances there to belonging to the said E. N. Jarrette and his heires and assigns to their only use and behoof forever and the said A. E. Idol covenant that they are [s]eized of said premisses in fee and have right to convey the same in fee simple that the same are free and clear from all incumberances and that they will warrant and defend the said title to the same against the claims of all persons whatsoever the / [n?] / in testimonies where of the said A.
