Summary Deed, transferring land from C. E. M. Raper and [N. H.?] Raper to Henry Morison, August 28, 1898. Land is described as "the remainder of the tract of which [Morrison] now has 2 acres". Handwritten in black ink. Second page appears to be missing.

Transcription of obverse [all text as written]:
Know all men by these presants that one C. E. M. Raper & [N. H.?] Raper of Guilford Co. N. C. parties of the first party do this day bargain & sell to Henry Morison of Guilford Co. N. C. the party of the second part a certain tract of land the remainder of the tract of which he now has 2 acres. Said Henry Morison is to pay Said Raper $8.00 per acre, and the land is to be [run?] this summer, so we may know how much land there is and also the amount of money said Morison is to pay. And in consideration of this said Morison is to pay five dollars per month to said Raper beginning in the month of August and pay five dollars per month until the amt is fully paid and on the full payment then said Raper or wife is to make
